Talking Stick Resort Arena – Phoenix Suns

If you enjoy watching basketball or want to watch an A-list musician perform your favorite songs, Talking Stick Resort Arena is where you’ll find top-notch entertainment in Phoenix. The Phoenix Suns have been playing at the arena since it opened in 1992, with some of NBA’s most famous players gracing its homecourt, including Charles Barkley and Steve Nash. The arena is located where Loop 101 freeway meets Glendale Avenue.

Sloan Park - Cubs Training Center

When spring training rolls around, baseball fans from around the country descend upon Phoenix to catch their favorite players swing for a homerun. Sloan Park is the home of the Chicago Cubs spring training season and was designed to closely match the dimensions of their home stadium, Wrigley Field. The park is in the suburb of Mesa where the 101 and 202 freeways meet along the Salt River. Just across the street from Sloan Park is Mesa Riverview with restaurants, shopping and a movie theatre to keep guests entertained in between games. Tickets to watch a spring training game range from $14 to $75.

State Farm Stadium - Arizona Cardinals

If you enjoy watching sports and epic music concerts, plan to visit the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, home of the Arizona Cardinals.
